Id say peak time for getting to the circuit on Sunday will be between 10am and midday, would recommend getting there before or after this if you want to avoid the worst of the crowds. You can park in Vedano al Lambro, between via Montegrappa or via Grandi, there are some parks available (arrive early to avoid traffic and to find spots for the car).
